They're trained to listen, understand and analyze the needs of our clients in order to provide them with financial solutions for their individual situations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Every day our Recruiting Coordinator will:

• Consult with our clients about their current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals
• Establish an ongoing financial services relationship with our clients through the delivery of world-class client service
• Interview our clients and gather information pertaining to their unique financial situations, needs and objectives
• Use state-of-the-art technologies to conduct credit, underwriting and financial analyses and qualify the client for various loan programs
• Evaluate various loan programs and affordable financing options from a broad range of Kwik Mortgage home loan products
• Educate and advise clients on the home buying process and how to better manage their mortgage(s)
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing and troubleshoot any transaction issues.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Have the desire to work hard. Our Mortgage Consultant may work 45 - 55 hours per week, which can include some weekends
• Come as you are. We consider candidates with various work backgrounds and experience NO LENDING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
• Have the desire to learn. All Mortgage Consultant, regardless of experience, attend four weeks of industry-leading training
• Possess important characteristics like passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, a positive attitude and a competitive spirit
