Accounting
Kwik Mortgage accounting and financial services greatly decrease the amount of time our Branch Managers spend on tracking, recording, and managing their finances. We provide excellent tools for accurate record keeping, financial reporting and asset management. Accounting Job Includes:
- Processing vendor invoices, borrower deposits and check requests, expense reports

Finance Responsibilities includes:
- Compiling annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Analyzing and reporting financial and statistical information for internal and external clients
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the Kwik Mortgage Loans internal management team
Payroll Service:
- Semi-monthly payroll processing for all branch employees
- Detailed accounting of all payroll deductions
- Non-payday payroll processing available

Mortgage Operations:
The Operations Team is responsible for taking a loan application to the closing table. We process and underwrite the loan and we know that time is of the essence. Beware of tight closing dates. We’re called "Kwik" for a reason!

Our Client Relations Team supports the Kwik Mortgage Home Consultant by responding to client emails, calls and live-chat inquiries.

Legal
The Legal Team addresses a wide variety of legal issues including compliance with laws, regulations, corporate and employment matters. We assist Mortgage Bankers and the Operations staff by preparing agreements needed to close loans, clearing title issues, and helping with problem loan situations.
- Consults with leadership on issues relating to marketing, leasing, contracts, business expansion, Internet law, licensing, business development, real estate law, and insurance and loss prevention.
